Most of the couple's debt is the mortgage on their Delaware home and an equity loan on that home. Additionally their debt consists of further loans. The Bidens' financial records, along with those of Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, are required to be made public annually under the Ethics in Government Act, which was introduced to prevent any conflicts of interest. In his form, President Biden reveals he has had no royalties from his two books: 'Promises to Keep' and 'Promise Me, Dad' this year. Jill Biden reported no royalties for her memoir 'Where the Light Enters'.

A 7-year-old boy revealed how he's battling a horrific ultra-rare skin disease that means he can't close his eyes and has to moisturize seven times per day.  Carter Padelford, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was born with two rare skin conditions called lamellar ichthyosis and ectropion, causing his eyes to stay glued open - even when he sleeps. He was later diagnosed with autism.  Scaly, dry skin covers his body head-to-toe, and makes him unable to perform daily activities - or even play with his friends. 

NEW Sydney Thomas, 26, was driving over the Clark Memorial Bridge in March when a pickup truck crashed into her and sent her careering over the side of the crossing. Dashcam footage from the truck was played in court on Wednesday as the pickup driver Trevor Branham, 33, appeared in court after being charged. In the footage, the pickup truck can be seen swerving out of its lane to avoid hitting a car that had stalled, before crashing into Thomas.

A Florida man has found out he's not a citizen after living in the US for over six decades. Jimmy Klass, 66, discovered he was not actually a citizen when he applied for social security retirement papers recently, after living in the country for over 60 years.  Klass, who came to US at 2 years old, has lived in the US ever since - even receiving a Social Security Card, a driver's license and a voter registration card, he told News 6

Omar Bin Omran vanished during the decade-long Algerian civil war of 1998, leading his family to assume that he was killed in the conflict. The Hamilton family only learned Alastair had taken his life at the clinic after police examined his bank account statements and found that he had transferred thousands of pounds to Pegasos. Pegasos initially refused to speak to them about his remains, saying it was 'against our lawyer's recommendations'. Eventually the family received his ashes in the post - two months after he died.

David Fine, from Plainville, was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer last August leaving him with a mission to find a new home for his beloved pooch Babs.
