There were arrests made on campuses like Ivy League Dartmouth in Rhode Island , while police also made their move, arresting 34 people on the campus of the University of Wisconsin at Madison. New York City continued to see it's share of protests as well, with students at Fordham joining with their brethren at NYU and Columbia. Officers arrested at least 15 Fordham protesters Wednesday. Across the country at UCLA, a large crowd of students, alumni and neighbors gathered on campus steps outside the barricaded area of tents, sitting as they listened and applauded various speakers and joined in pro-Palestinian chants.

An Iranian professor made a prediction about American college students after Pro-Palestine rioting. Numerous campuses across the US have seen massive protests in support of Gaza. Tehran University Professor Foad Izadi declared the students 'are our people' in an interview with Iranian state TV station IRIB Ofogh on April 26. Izadi got both his bachelors and masters degrees at the University of Houston and his doctorate from Louisiana State University before returning to Iran.

Footage emerged on social media showing the group of male students holding onto the stars and stripes during a protest on Tuesday. Pro-Palestine groups lobbed bottles of water at the group who clutched the flag as they were screamed at by masked protestors. One person was seen carrying an Israel flag as others throw objects and water at him as the group held the flag high so as not let it touch the ground.

Brittney Griner has revealed she considered taking her own life multiple times when detained in a Russian prison following her 2022 arrest. The WNBA superstar had been sentenced to nine years in a Russian prison after being caught with a cannabis oil cartridge while returning to Russia to resume playing for her European team, UMMC Ekaterinburg, in February 2022.  She was freed in a 1-for-1 swap with Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout in December 2022 that has since been criticized for its failure to return Paul Whelan, a US Marine imprisoned on espionage charges in 2018. However, before she could be released, Griner considered taking her own life with the conditions in the Russian detention center leaving her feeling 'less than human', she revealed to ABC's to Robin Roberts.

Jamie Dimon was blasted as 'out of touch' for the comments, made during an interview on the Wall Street Journal's podcast, The Journal. Dimon, who is estimated to be worth around $2.1 billion according to Forbes, stated that consumers 'still have excess money from COVID'. 'The consumer's in pretty good shape right now,' Dimon told interviewer Emma Tucker. But his remarks were slammed online, including by one furious TikToker left in disbelief, after the head of the US' largest bank claimed Americans are 'still spending down' funds handed out during the pandemic. 

A scammer who spent years duping people and stealing $1million in COVID funds to support his luxury lifestyle has been identified as he faces prison for his posh crimes. Joey Cipolla drove a Lamborghini and a Bentley that adorned the driveway of the  12,000 square foot mansion in Bloomingdale, Illinois , an affluent area sitting on the outskirts of Chicago. Rather than a legitimate businessman, Cipolla was an out-and-out fraudster and a conman for his entire adult life. He previously pleaded guilty to stiffing people on luxury auto-sales on eBay and using $1million in COVID funds to support his lifestyle. Now, federal prosecutors want to see him locked up for 10 years as they lay out their case  for sentencing.

Airbnb launched its new 'Icons' collection on Wednesday where lucky guests will get the chance to live out their imaginations in movie-inspired homes, including one from Disney's UP. The UP house is located in Abiquiu, New Mexico and is hosted by none other than Carl Fredrickson. The experience to stay in the balloon-topped home is free, but guests will be 'randomly chosen.' According to the listing, Airbnb purchased Carl and Ellie's home to celebrate the 15 year anniversary of the movie

The family of a 22-year-old woman killed in a high-speed crash was awarded $8 million after first responders were found to be negligent in taking nearly 90 minutes to find her. The wreck that claimed Annie Becerra's life took place on November 30, 2018, when she was in the passenger seat of her boyfriend Freddy Mieryteran's Nissan Versa when it sped through a red light and hit another vehicle. One hour and 23 minutes after the crash, a Florida State Trooper was doing inventory on the crash when they discovered Becerra 'wedged between the passenger side front floor board and the dash board.'

Four-time Super Bowl winner Bill Romanowski and his wife, Julie, filed for bankruptcy Monday, less than 24 hours before they were scheduled to attend a hearing in the civil case that the Department of Justice brought against them last year.  According to legal docs obtained by USA Today, the couple were set to appear in court Tuesday to face allegations that they owe more than $15.5 million in back taxes. However, under federal law, their bankruptcy filing will trigger an automatic pause in the Department of Justice's efforts to collect on the alleged money they owe. 

Clearview Village was once home to thousands of WW2 munitions workers. Today it is at risk of being obliterated completely by a nearby $4billion Panasonic plant. Residents say despite assurances from the village's current owner, they fear their homes could be flattened to make way for parking lots or future development in support of the plant. 'It's a gold mine,' resident Ron Buerman, 28, told the Kansas City Star . 'Basically, what I think they're going to do is either this will be a damn parking lot for Panasonic, or apartments.'

Ousted ABC News weatherman Rob Marciano frequently butted heads with his predecessor Ginger Zee who 'brought out the worst in him.' On Tuesday, it was announced that Marciano, 55, was fired two years after he was yanked off air for 'anger issues.' Marciano had joined 'GMA' in 2014 to take over Zee's weekend role after she was promoted to the daily set to replace chief meteorologist Sam Champion.  Marciano and Zee's relationship was rocky for years, an anonymous media executive told the New York Post. The source added Zee is a 'know-it-all' that acted as an 'alpha' and often treated Marciano as a 'beta.'

Christopher Gregor, 31, appeared in court on Tuesday to face murder charges after his son, Corey Micciolo, died in 2021 of 'blunt force trauma' after years of alleged abuse . If convicted - Gregor faces life in prison. Surveillance footage from the Atlantic Heights Clubhouse fitness center was shown in court during the trial. In the CCTV video, Corey is seen continuously falling off the treadmill, while Gregor keeps lifting him up and putting him back on it. Gregor is seen at one point appearing to bite his son on the back of the head before forcing him to run again, the news outlet reported.

Mo'Nique reignited her years-long feud with Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry through a scathing rant delivered during her latest stand-up routine.  The 56-year-old Oscar winner launched into a verbal attack, brimming with racially-charged insults aimed at the Hollywood heavyweights, on stage at Katt Williams' comedy tour. Fan videos posted online show the actress in a profanity-laden tirade calling the pair 'coon motherf******' before slamming Oprah as 'simple-minded' and referring to the TV host as a 'raggedy bitch'. 

Ben Wilde* was a popular and academic 14-year-old when he received a chatty Facebook message from a girl he'd never met, who claimed she was friends with someone on his school football team. The pair ended up corresponding online about what Ben calls 'all the normal stuff'; family, school, friends. Nothing seemed remotely out of the ordinary - until a few weeks later, when the 'girl' revealed she was, in fact, a grown man. Now armed with reams of personal information, he made threats against Ben's family unless he sent him a series of naked photos.

Czech faced Las Vegas Justice Court on Wednesday where he made bizarre facial expressions and his lawyer argued he was too insane to stand trial.

The 25-year-old floored Haney three times over 12 captivating rounds at Barclays Center to produce the biggest victory of his career following weeks of bizarre social media posts and rants in the buildup to the bout.  However, Garcia tested positive for the banned performance-enhancing drug Ostarine after taking a Voluntary Anti-Doping Association test, boxing journalist Dan Rafael reported Wednesday night.  He reportedly failed for the substance in two urine sample tests taken the day before the fight and also following the fight.

Employees created a Backstreet Boys parody video to promote proper water usage in the summer. They called themselves the 'Splashstreet Boys and sang a song titled 'I Water That Way.' The catchy choreographed video showed five members of the company's communications team, including Steve Snyder, Micky Boehm, Jimmy Luthye, Nathan Hayes and Jill Harclerode who sported drawn-on facial hair. The 90s band even saw the video and told the group that they 'NAILED' it.

Families flocked to see a haunting collection of military 'trophies' brought back to Russia from Ukrainian battlefields on Wednesday as the country marked a public holiday at Moscow's Victory Park. Armoured vehicles from a dozen NATO countries, as well as drones, rocket launchers and American tanks, were displayed in the symbolic space dedicated to Russia's triumph over the Nazis in World War II. The army did not say where exactly where the rows of armoured vehicles were captured - or at what cost - only that they came from Russian-occupied eastern and southern Ukraine. 

A large eastern grey kangaroo was filmed fighting off a pack of attacking dogs. The kangaroo was forced to flee to a creek to defend itself from the four dogs. The disturbing video has reginited an old myth about the native animal.

Queen Rania of Jordan (pictured) cut a sophisticated figure as she arrived at her New York hotel today.  The royal, 53, looked elegant in a white long-sleeved blouse with silver embellishment, which matched her hoop earrings. The mother-of-four paired the chic blouse with a black pencil skirt with an asymmetric hem and silver zip. Finishing off the ensemble, Rania wore some white high heels and a black leather woven handbag. Last month, it was announced that Rania is set to become a grandmother for the first time as her son Prince Hussein is expecting his first child with Princess Rajwa .

Around 75,000 years ago, a middle-aged Neanderthal woman was buried in a cave in the foothills of Iraq. Now, thanks to a dedicated team of archaeologists, her face can be revealed for the first time. Named Shanidar Z, her skeleton had been buried by tens of thousands of years of sediment before first being uncovered in 2018. When experts from Cambridge University and Liverpool John Moores first discovered her skull, it had been flattened to around 2cm thick. It had been crushed, possibly by rockfall, relatively soon after death, meaning more than 200 pieces were pieced together freehand to return it to its original shape.

Heartbreaking surveillance footage shows the cruel moment a puppy was abandoned by a car in a California parking lot before desperately trying to chase down its owners.  The three-month-old German Shepherd pup is seen being dropped out of a car door at the Country Living Mobile Home Park in Fresno on Thursday. The sweet black dog with pointy ears first looks around in confusion before watching the vehicle speed away. 

She's the goddaughter of King Charles and has run in royal circles her entire life - but Princess Olympia of Greece (left) recently had a very un-regal moment while out partying with friends. The model, 27, travelled to the Isle of Bute in Scotland last month to visit her friend Lady Lola Crichton-Stuart. During the trip, Olympia accidentally locked herself out of her room and was forced to crawl through an open window (right).
